SERVER RULES

By playing on Pale Raven, you agree to follow these rules. Ignorance is not an excuse.

1.Be Respectful

Treat all players, staff, and visitors with respect. Discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or toxic behaviour is not tolerated.

Examples:

  • -Avoid slurs, insults, and derogatory language
  • -No personal attacks or targeted harassment
Mute or ban depending on severity

2.No Harassment or Threats

Do not threaten, dox, stalk, or make others feel unsafe in any way.

Permanent ban without warning

3.No Advertising

Do not advertise other Minecraft servers, Discord servers, or personal services without explicit permission.

Examples:

  • -Posting server IPs or invite links
  • -Self-promotion in any form
Message deleted + warning; repeat offenders muted or banned

4.No Impersonation

Do not impersonate staff, YouTubers, or other players.

Immediate kick or ban depending on severity

5.Follow Staff Instructions

If a moderator or admin gives you a reasonable instruction, follow it. Arguing publicly with staff decisions may result in a mute or ban.

Examples:

  • -If you disagree, use the ticket system on Discord to appeal privately

Punishment Severity

Warning

Verbal or written warning issued by staff

Mute

Temporary removal of chat privileges (1 hour to permanent)

3

Kick

Removal from the server (can rejoin immediately)

4

Temporary Ban

Removal from the server for a set period (1 day to 30 days)

5

Permanent Ban

Removal from the server indefinitely; may appeal via Discord ticket

Appealing a Punishment

If you believe you were punished unfairly, you may submit an appeal via the ticket system on our Discord server. Appeals should include your username, what you were punished for, and why you believe the punishment was unjust.
